Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ClawCloud provides managed cloud hosting for OpenClaw AI assistants. We provision and manage dedicated servers on your behalf through DigitalOcean.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own AI API keys and their usage costs
• You must comply with the terms of service of the AI providers you use
• You are responsible for the content generated by your AI assistant
• You must not use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes

3. Billing

ClawCloud charges a monthly subscription fee based on the plan you select. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your instance will remain active until the end of the billing period.

4. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by DigitalOcean, AI providers, or other third-party services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your instances will be destroyed and data deleted.
